A few things to know
Is there a free generation plan?
No. Starter covers one complete 10-second, 480P video. Monthly and yearly plans are not available.
How many videos can I create?
A 10-second Fast video uses 100 credits at 480P or 220 credits at 720P. The pack counts assume all credits are used for 480P. 1080P is not available for paid generation.
What if generation fails?
Credits are returned after a confirmed technical failure or rejected cover check. If submission or screening cannot be confirmed, the task remains on hold; contact support rather than generating again. A completed video uses credits; creating another version is a separate generation. No unlimited retries or exact likeness are promised.
Can I request a refund?
Request a full refund within 7 days of a real purchase if the entire credit pack is unused. Duplicate charges, undelivered purchases and mandatory rights are protected separately. See the refund policy.
When will I be charged?
Payment is taken only when you confirm it on Waffo's secure payment page. Signing in or choosing a pack does not charge your card. No subscriptions or automatic renewals.
