1. Operator and Contact
AI Video Real is operated by 赵怀钢, an individual operator in China. The website is https://aivideoreal.com. Questions about the service, billing, privacy or account security can be sent to bigiver66@gmail.com.
Registration is open without an invitation list. Generation requires a verified account, purchased credits and available site-wide capacity. The applicable price, credit cost and processing notices are shown before a purchase or generation request.
2. Service and Current Availability
AI Video Real creates AI videos using a permitted reference photograph and scene instructions. The planned generation service uses Kie.ai and Seedance models. It does not replace a face in an uploaded video. Results may contain errors or differ from a reference photograph or requested scene.
Paid videos use a fixed scene prompt and the reference photo for appearance, not as the first frame: 10-second, silent Fast videos at 480P or 720P, with 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1 output. The entire website accepts at most 10 new generation requests per calendar day, resetting at midnight Beijing time (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8). Accepted failed, rejected or uncertain requests count; refreshing or resuming an existing task does not use another slot. Full-capacity requests are refused before credits are deducted. Credit purchases do not reserve a daily slot or guarantee immediate generation. Only one task may be active per account. Concept illustrations are not generated results. Earlier sandbox credits have no monetary value and cannot fund generation. Monthly and yearly plans, 1080P output, public free generation, subscriptions and automatic top-ups are unavailable.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate account details, keep login credentials private, and report suspected misuse to support. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass capacity or security controls.
Accounts use Supabase authentication. Google sign-in is optional and uses basic account identity, not access to email messages or cloud files. The Privacy Policy describes how account and generation information is processed.
4. Photos and Acceptable Use
Submit a photograph only if you have the necessary rights and the permission of the person shown for AI processing. Use the service only for lawful, consensual creative purposes. Review outputs before sharing and apply any AI labels required by applicable law.
The content standards below apply to reference photos, prompts and scene instructions, generated videos, and their use or sharing through the service. They apply equally to real, fictional and AI-generated depictions. Permission to use a photo does not override a prohibited content category.
- No deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment or non-consensual intimate content.
- No unlawful sexual content or sexual depictions of minors.
- No infringement of another person's privacy, likeness, copyright or other rights.
- No presenting a generated scene as a recording of a real event.
- No attacks on the service, security circumvention or unauthorized collection of other users' information.
4.1 Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
Do not submit, request, generate or distribute any of the following six categories through AI Video Real. There is no adult-content exception, and attempts to bypass safety rules are prohibited.
We also prohibit facilitating terrorism or violent extremism, mass violence, genocide, or instructions to build weapons of mass destruction. Suspected child sexual exploitation, credible threats and other serious unlawful conduct receive priority review; legally required reports are made to the appropriate authorities.
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, sexualized nudity or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence / Gore: depictions of violent abuse, torture, graphic injury, bloodshed, or content that promotes or threatens violence.
- Hate Speech: dehumanization, discriminatory abuse, or incitement to hatred or violence targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or similar protected characteristics.
- Child-Unsafe Content / CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, grooming, exploitation or other endangerment of children, including synthetic or fictional depictions. Do not submit photos of children to this adult-only service.
- Deepfakes / Impersonation: using a person's likeness without permission, deceptive impersonation of a person, brand or organization, or presenting an AI video as an authentic recording of a real event. Consensual, clearly disclosed creative use remains subject to every other content rule.
- Copyright / Trademark Infringement: unauthorized use of protected images, characters, footage, logos, trademarks or other material that infringes another party's rights. You must have the necessary permissions; the platform does not guarantee commercial clearance.
4.2 Platform Content Moderation
Generation uses verified accounts, adult and photo-permission confirmation, a fixed scene prompt, a site-wide daily limit and duplicate-request controls. The exact fixed prompt has a completed Waffo Prompt Sift check; changing the prompt requires another check. Customers cannot supply their own prompt. Reference photographs are not separately scanned by an automated image-moderation service. Access and consent checks do not prove adulthood or image safety.
Before delivering a video, the backend extracts its first frame using Cloudflare and sends only that image to OpenAI's image-moderation service. The check covers supported image categories such as sexual content, violence, graphic violence and self-harm. A pass is recorded before the playback link is released. Flagged, missing, failed or unconfirmed checks withhold delivery. The routine process is automated; human review is reserved for reports, appeals and uncertain exceptions, not promised for every video.
This is a limited cover-only check, not a full-video, audio, child-safety, hate-speech or rights clearance. It cannot guarantee that later frames are safe or establish consent, age, copyright or trademark ownership. Do not submit photographs of minors, prohibited content or known or suspected child sexual abuse material. We do not operate a 24-hour moderation team or a public gallery. Unreviewed raw model output must not be passed directly to users. Generation and new purchases may pause when safety services are unavailable or their current cost-confirmation window expires; this does not cancel refund rights or existing records.
4.3 Reports and Review Process
Report prohibited content, unauthorized use of a likeness, or copyright/trademark concerns to bigiver66@gmail.com, using the subject "Content safety report". Give the relevant website link or generation identifier, a brief reason, and contact information for a reply. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or copies of illegal or child sexual abuse material. Reports do not require a purchase.
The operator reviews incoming reports, records the issue and acknowledges receipt when a reply address is available; no automated acknowledgement or fixed response deadline is promised. Suspected child exploitation, credible threats and other serious risks are prioritized. The operator may restrict further generation access while facts are checked, assess available input/output and task records against these standards, and request only the information needed to resolve the report.
The operator then decides whether a violation is substantiated, applies a proportionate action within the platform's control, and communicates the decision and reasons to the reporter and affected user where appropriate. If more investigation is needed, the available reply channel is used to explain the delay. Information is shared only as necessary to investigate, act on the report, or meet legal obligations; sensitive evidence and reporter identity are not unnecessarily disclosed.
Good-faith reports are welcome. A knowingly false or abusive report does not automatically establish a violation by the reported user and may itself lead to access restrictions after review.
4.4 Enforcement and Appeals
Depending on severity and repetition, measures include a warning, refusal of a generation request, withholding or disabling access to content within systems we control, and restricting a user's generation access temporarily or permanently. Serious suspected risks may justify an immediate protective restriction pending review. No automatic ban is triggered solely by a report.
Where a generation provider hosts a copy outside our control, the operator can request the provider's assistance but cannot promise deletion of every provider copy, removal of a user's downloaded file, or recall of content shared elsewhere. Applicable evidence-preservation and reporting duties may affect removal. Legally required reports are made to competent authorities.
To appeal a restriction, contact bigiver66@gmail.com with the subject "Content safety appeal", the relevant notice or generation identifier, and any new explanation or evidence. The operator re-examines the available information and explains whether the action is upheld, changed or lifted. We do not claim an independent review team or a fixed appeal deadline.
Content enforcement does not automatically confiscate credits or cancel remedies for duplicate charges, undelivered purchases, an eligible unused-pack refund, or mandatory consumer rights. These protections apply equally to earlier owner verification and public purchases.
5. Input and Output Rights
You retain rights you already hold in your inputs and permit the processing needed to provide the requested service. Output may not be unique or legally protectable. Permission to use a photograph does not automatically grant rights in every resulting depiction, trademark or other third-party material.
We do not run model training ourselves. We do not make an unverified promise about independent providers' training or retention practices. Third-party processing is described in the Privacy Policy. No exact appearance, output quality, copyright ownership or commercial clearance is guaranteed.
6. One-Time Credit Packs
The one-time packs are Starter: USD 2.99 / 100 credits; Creator: USD 9.99 / 500 credits; and Studio: USD 19.99 / 1,200 credits. Each purchase is a separate payment, with no automatic renewal or recharge. Earlier sandbox purchases retain their original amounts and test allocations, separate from paid credits. The site-wide daily capacity applies across all customers and all packs.
A separate owner-only payment verification pack provides 10 credits for USD 0.10. It is not a public offer or free generation plan, and by itself cannot fund a video. The standard video costs and refund rights remain unchanged.
Generation costs are 100 credits for a 10-second 480P Fast video and 220 credits for a 10-second 720P Fast video, with audio off and no input video. At the 480P setting, the packs cover 1, 5 and 12 requests respectively. 1080P is unavailable. The final amount, any applicable tax and credit cost are displayed before payment or generation. Purchased credits do not expire while the service operates.
Each generation request reserves credits once. A confirmed technical failure or rejected cover check returns the reserved credits. An uncertain submission or unavailable cover check holds the task for confirmation; do not submit another generation or assume a free retry. A completed generation or a request to regenerate is a separate request, and no exact likeness or scene match is promised.
Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment processing. Credits are credited after a verified payment notification, not merely after a browser redirect. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored in our payment ledger. Account pages show your orders, balance and credit records; the operator can view these records for customer support and reconciliation.
7. Refunds
For real purchases, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the entire credit pack is unused. Confirmed duplicate charges and undelivered purchases are addressed separately; the unused-pack condition does not limit those remedies. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights are not waived or restricted by this rule.
Send a refund request to bigiver66@gmail.com with the account email, order reference and reason. Never send a complete card number or security code. Approved real refunds should return through the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may require processing time; no fixed processing deadline is promised here.
Refund requests and exceptional payment records are handled by the operator, not automatically approved. Approved refunds are reconciled with credit adjustments. The sandbox has no real charge to refund. A daily capacity limit does not cancel these refund rights.
8. Availability and Service Changes
Model and hosting providers can experience outages. Output videos are currently hosted by the generation provider for a limited time and are not backed up to our own output store. Do not rely on permanent downloads.
Access may be restricted while misuse or a security issue is reviewed. Service suspension or closure does not remove mandatory rights or remedies for undelivered purchases and unused prepaid value. Material changes to these terms must be made available before they apply; a preview does not lock in future service availability.
9. Questions and Disputes
Contact bigiver66@gmail.com about billing or service problems. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or contacting your payment provider. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable law take priority over conflicting terms. These terms do not require compulsory arbitration or limit any non-excludable liability or remedies.
